I know that I can get stuck in untruthful thinking mainly because I have become used to thinking a certain way; it is a familiar pathway. It is incredible that lies can be so powerful that our lives are shaped by them, but I can be transformed in my thinking.
Transformation comes from having renewed thinking; recognizing the truth brings freedom.
The Blue Emperor swallowtail butterfly can inspire me. It is dull in colour when it is at rest but in flight the sudden flashes of blue can be seen from hundreds of meters away. They are attracted to other blue things. It’s beauty is hidden until it moves.
When it comes to a renewed mind, I need to be proactive in creating new pathways in thinking, to choose to move, show my colours and be attracted to truth.
